Die BibChaos.blg ist ja leider kein Textfile.

Die Fehlermeldung kommt durch den Wechsel auf sorting=none. Die vorhandene bbl-Datei passt dann nicht mehr. Lösche einfach die bbl-Datei und rufe pdflatex + biber nochmal auf.

hmmm, ich habe jetzt pdflatex + bieber ausgeführt. Ohne wie sonst pdflatex hinterher.

Aber die Meldung ist die Gleiche, lediglich die Nummerierung hat sich geändert:

Aktivere das sorting, lösche die bbl und kompiliere neu.

Gelöst!?
Ich habe gerade durch dieses Einzeln-Anklicken gesehen, dass dabei kein Fehler mehr entsteht.
Nun ist es so, dass ich nochmal alle output-files gelöscht ("Aufräumen") habe. Das habe ich bei meinem anderem TeX-Projekt auch gemacht und nun geht es auch dort.
