Matrix und Vektor zusammen ausrichten

Liebe Community,
ich habe eine 5x5 Matrix und einen 5x1 Vektor erstellt. Allerdings haben diese nicht die gleiche Höhe. Dies würde ich gerne beheben. Ich habe es mit Platzhaltern, also \vphantom{}, versucht, allerdings bekomme ich nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis.

Ich habe erst mal versucht den Psi-Vektor an die Matrix anzupassen, der r-Vektor müsste ja analog gehen.

Gewöhne dir bitte an, bei jeder Frage ein ordentliches Minimalbeispiel zu liefern, an dem potentielle Helfer sofort die Bastelarbeit(en) starten können. Der Höhenausgleich kann durch Umdefinieren des Parameters \arraystretch erfolgen. Diese Anpassung ist nur hier innerhalb von equation wirksam. Mir ist allerdings neu, dass eine Matrix in eckige statt in runden Klammern gefasst wird.
