Dear everyone,
I've to hand in my master's thesis tomorrow. I'm using Classic thesis style.
I've got a problem left I can't find a solution: how to remove the "(cited on page xy)" in the bibliography? And how to change the "and" between authors in the citations to a "et" (french)?
Because actually I've to write my thesis in french. Babel did did a good job in general but this it's missing.
I would apreciate a response so much!!!!
Because it really isn't nice to have some englisch words in the middle of a french thesis...
So again, I would be so gratefull...
Sorry for the bad explanation, I'm just to tired. Thought I had to hand in my thesis today, now I got one more day (or I should better say night, because now I've to sleep...) to solve problems as this one.

the "cited on page" problem I could solve, thanks.
However the other problem still remains.
I'm using natbib.
I've found out that the problem with the "and" in the biography and the citations is related to the bst-file I used. So far I've used plainat.bst, which is created for english.
Now I've tried two solutions to make the citation stuff french:
nr 1: I've tried to use the package "francaisbst" from http://vgoulet.act.ulaval.ca/ressources/latex/ -> but it didn't work -it seems to me that is has a quite restrictive demand on the format of the bibliography (I'm using JabRef)
-> or it could be that i've copied it at the wrong place into my MikTex 2.8 installation (the instructions on the hompage of francaisbst are not very clear) -> but I've copied the content of francaisbst basicaly anywhere - so i think this is not the problem.
=> does anyone now a good french bst?
nr 2: adapt "plainat.bst": I've changed all "and" (in strings) with "et" and it solved this problem. However there is a more difficult problem:
in english a citation of more than 2 authors is done like this for example: "Author1, Author2, and Author3" (there has to be a "," in front of the "and").
in french however it has to be like this: "Author1, Author2 et Author3" (there in no "," in front of the "et")
(for two authors it's done alright becaus also in english its: Author1 and Author2 wihout "," in front of the "and")
=> could someone tell me how to adapt the code of "plainat.bst" in order to change that?
Because I actually have no idea of this type of code (and very basic idea of LaTeX).

However the other problem still remains.
I'm using natbib.
I've found out that the problem with the "and" in the biography and the citations is related to the bst-file I used. So far I've used plainat.bst, which is created for english.
Now I've tried two solutions to make the citation stuff french:
nr 1: I've tried to use the package "francaisbst" from http://vgoulet.act.ulaval.ca/ressources/latex/ -> but it didn't work -it seems to me that is has a quite restrictive demand on the format of the bibliography (I'm using JabRef)
-> or it could be that i've copied it at the wrong place into my MikTex 2.8 installation (the instructions on the hompage of francaisbst are not very clear) -> but I've copied the content of francaisbst basicaly anywhere - so i think this is not the problem.
=> does anyone now a good french bst?
nr 2: adapt "plainat.bst": I've changed all "and" (in strings) with "et" and it solved this problem. However there is a more difficult problem:
in english a citation of more than 2 authors is done like this for example: "Author1, Author2, and Author3" (there has to be a "," in front of the "and").
in french however it has to be like this: "Author1, Author2 et Author3" (there in no "," in front of the "et")
(for two authors it's done alright becaus also in english its: Author1 and Author2 wihout "," in front of the "and")
=> could someone tell me how to adapt the code of "plainat.bst" in order to change that?
Because I actually have no idea of this type of code (and very basic idea of LaTeX).

I've found french style on CTAN:

However it seems not carfully done at all! It removes the "," in front of the "et" in the biography but not in the citations!
Furthermore it adds "In " to some entries like the following ("In" is really not french):
