"longtabu" Zeilenumbruch

Hallo,
ich habe aktuell ein kleines problem mit dem tabu paket, genauer mit longtabu. Kann mir jemand sagen, warum die Seite in folgendem Minimalbeispiel nicht umgebrochen wird?
Ich möchte, dass die Seite soweit aufgefüllt wird wie möglich und dann umgebochen wird. Der Header mit frequenz etc, soll dann auf jeder Seite sichtbar sein.
