MacTex 2014 Problem

Hallo,
Ich habe Mactex 2014 installiert und seitdem funktioniert Xelatex nicht mehr. Leider verstehe ich nicht, was genau der Fehler ist, weil mit MacTex 2013 alles bestens lief. Folgendes Minimalbeispiel:
produziert folgende Fehlermeldung:
