texlive 2024 lässt sich in Windows 11 nicht updaten Thema ist als GELÖST markiert

ich versuche texlive 2024 auf Windows 11 zu installieren, nach drei Versuchen immer noch nicht geklappt.
Fehlerausgabe Terminal:

EDIT: Habe die Lösung selbst gefunden: PowerShell als Admin starten ...
