You have to tell your Editor which charset your file uses. Modern Editor can determine the correct charset automatically, while sometimes older Editors expect some user action. ich habe versucht, die problematische .tex Datei mit gedit oder emacs zu zeigen. Es zeigt immer falsche Zeichen an, egal mit welchem Editor. wo könnte das Problem stehen?

Ich nehme mal an, dass Deutsch nicht deine Muttersprache ist. Von daher würde ich dir empfehlen, diesen Beitrag von jemandem überarbeiten zu lassen.
