Oh, da lag die Lösung ja vor der Nase... Simpel und einfach!

Wenn ein Paket nicht gefunden wird, bekommst Du doch eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung. Das eine Paket heißt pgfkeys (da fehlt bei Dir ein s).

Von den ganzen geladenen Paketen brauchst Du für den Code in dem Beispiel eigentlich nur 
\usepackage{tikz}
oder, falls Du tatsächlich pgfplots nutzt, statt dessen
\usepackage{pgfplots} 
\pgfplotsset{compat=1.9}% aktuell ist aber 1.11
Die ganzen Bibliotheken verwendest Du vermutlich auch nicht.

Und die Zeilen
\usepackage{selinput} 
\SelectInputMappings{ 
   adieresis={ä}, 
   germandbls={ß}}
sind bei Verwendung von pdflatex notwendig. Mit XeLaTeX bekommst Du dagegen auch dafür eine Fehlermeldung.

Welches Package ist falsch/überflüssig?

Ich würde dir empfehlen die Datenpunkte zu exportieren, und diese dann direkt mit pgfplots zu plotten.

Dein Beispiel läuft super durch, wenn man den falschen Paketnamen anpasst, oder das Paket komplett rauswirft.

Hallo Zusammen

Ich habe mit QtiPlot ein Bild editiert, nur kann ich es nun nicht setzen (mit XeLaTeX).
Ich vermute es liegt an fehlenden/falschen Usepackages.
Welche brauche ich noch?
